Simple Valentines Cards

Now that Christmas is over, we are all thinking about Valentines. Let's face it....realistically if your going to sell Valentines cards this year you've got to start making them

I have just put my order in for the new Stampin'Up 'Painted with Love' suite. My plan is to create a bunch of simple cards using maybe the 1 sheet wonder idea or the stamp set.

If your in a bit of a panic and want to make quick and simple cards these might work for you....

This is a quick and simple idea which can be made using any printed paper. I used a 4" x 4" card blank and then cut out lots of different shaped rectangles and squares to fit together.

I actually only came up with this idea as I had lots of loose paper left over that I wanted to use up.

I stamped these hearts using a simple stamp set. I love the sentiment 'hugs and kisses'. Cards don't always have to be so heavily decorated, sometimes less is more.

Being a hobby demo - I cannot cope with waste. Crafting is so expensive so I punched out simple heart shapes from scraps of patterned paper that was all going in the bin.
A simple small heart punch can be purchased from anywhere. The one I used is from hobbycraft UK

Simple 3"x 3" Cards using a small heart stamp. I sell these as a set of 6. They are a perfect 'Thank you' note card.
